Fun classes

Can’t explain how fun these classes are with the students…’ll just have to drop in and visit to experience them.  If you think you can’t paint, just watch these folks and see how much fun and easy it can be.

Little August completed the flowers for her elderly neighbor for Mother’s day and had fun with the left over paint for the “Hands”

Sandy did the “Old Farm” scene and started this cool horse

Ann painted another rooster, maybe she can keep this one

Karen completed her fancy lady

Thanks for checking in….see ya next post.

Come see

Back from two weeks off and some are complete and others are in progress. Our Friday class was full because I was off on vacation and we even had five who couldn’t make it.  Everyone is anxious to get back to work and I really am.

Gail and I did these little turtles while at the beach.  Sharon painted one with us but we left before I got a shot of hers.  These are just a 5 x 7 cutie.

August – a gift for her elderly neighbor 16 x 20 in acrylics

Anne – 11 x 14 oils

Ann – 16 x 20 oils

Kenny – his Picasso, 11 x 14 oils. Kenny never uses a brush and impresses us with his knife work

Debby L – another bass for her fisherman husband. 12 x 18 oils on slate

Debby C – 11 x 14 oil, another commission for her…so sorry about the glare

Kimberly P – 8 x 10 oil

Leona – 11 x 14 oil…completed in one 3 hr class

John 12 x 24 oils….still in progress

A bunch!

A bunch of works completed this past week and some still in progress:

Karen and I still working on the mini “Crumpets Ladies”. Just a few more to do.

Ann just needs to add her little bird.

Sandy completed her granddaughter and is working on this city scene.

Ann still progressing on her adorable puppy.

John making progress on his grapes/green jug.

Gail – love this one!

Kimberly’s impressionist path coming along.

Debby S completed her Monet copy.

Dee did this little chick for a Easter present.

Kenny – great story with this one…see the face? That just appeared while he was working on the background, then it resembled a close friend of his who died. He decided to not add the subject he first intended to paint.

Debby C perfecting her cats…she completed three more.

The umbrellas are mine on that rough board.

August working on Swans.

Hope I didn’t leave anyone out….Thanks for checking out our class work.
